Hello John,
Thank you for your email! Boston should be up in the next few weeks, but it
will still need people to rate and review the neighborhoods. If you want to
tell me what you are looking for in a nabe I can ask our resident Boston
experts what they would recommend.
Best,
Ann

Hi Ann,
Thanks for the reply.
Myself and my girfriend are just moving over for the summer from Ireland. We have accomadation sorted out for the 1st week or so while we look for somewhere. We are in our mid twenties, and looking for somewhere close to the city centre that is affordable.
Thanks again
John

Hello John,
So I asked around:
Most of my young professional friends live in Sommerville, which has a
young, hip and affordable vibe.
Lower Allston is affordable and a 20 minute walk to Harvard Square, if you
want to be close to that area.
Allston has a younger 'party' scene as I understand it...
Many like Jamaica Plain.
And everyone seems to love the South End. One of my friends said it was a
nice, safe neighborhood, with many great restaurants, and moderately priced
apartments (for the location anyway).
That's as good as I can do at this point! Hopefully that helps, and the
site will be up soon :-)
It's also a great way to explore the city even after you live there, so I
hope you'll check it out.
